In connection with the new personal data policy, from 25 May 2018, we respect and protect our customers, our suppliers, our employees and the information they entrust to us in our cooperation. We will at all times process your company/personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation – including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.

The information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant – or upon request for deletion.

All our IT data is securely stored and taken care of by a professional IT company.

 

Information to our customers/suppliers about personal data in our IT database

When trading with Højgård Planteskole/Nursery – Trading ApS, we only collect the company and personal information that is necessary in connection with trading, quotation, order, delivery note and invoicing, including company name, owner, contact persons, address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, web site and CVR number – all information that is also a requirement from Skat. This information applies to both customers and vendors.

The information is used to identify you/your company and to be able to deliver the goods you as a debtor have purchased from Højgård Planteskole/Nursery – Trading ApS – or you as a creditor have delivered to Højgård Planteskole/Nursery – Trading ApS. The information is securely stored and stored in our IT system, so we can easily and quickly find information on which plants you have ordered – including those from previous years, in order to be able to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Environment and Food of Denmark, (NaturErhvervsMiljø- and Fødevareministeriet, NaturErhvervsstyrelsen) requirements for the provenance of the plants.

We store information for as long as it is permitted or required by law.

We do not disclose our customers’ company or personal data to third parties. You can at any time be informed of what information we have about you or your company, make a request for changes or deletion of information.
