PRICES
All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of the order. Prices change continuously – often from day to day. The buyer will be invoiced at the price applicable on the day of the order if Webshop 2 accepts the order. All prices are incl. VAT.
ORDER
Presentation of goods together with a price on rokkjaers.dk is not a binding offer.
The buyer’s order of goods from rokkjaers.dk does not constitute a binding acceptance, but rather a binding offer to Webshop 2 to buy the goods on the stated terms.
A binding agreement between the buyer and Webshop 2 is only entered into when Webshop 2 accepts the offer made by the buyer in an order confirmation.
PAYMENT
It is possible to pay with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB.
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you. When purchasing with a Dankort or credit card, the amount is deducted from your account as soon as the item leaves Webshop 2. We do not charge any transaction fees.
THE RISK OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE OR DETERIORATION
Only at the time when the ordered goods have come into the buyer’s possession does the risk of the ordered goods perishing or being damaged due to accidental circumstances pass to the buyer.
COMPLAINT
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods and the buyer is thus obliged to examine the goods as soon as possible after receipt.
DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTY
Links to other websites that may be mentioned on rokkjaers.dk are outside Webshop 2′ control. We can therefore in no way be held responsible for the content on these pages. Information about the ordered goods from such websites is not included in the description of the ordered goods in the agreement between the buyer and Webshop 2, the goods thus meet the buyer’s expectations if they correspond to Webshop 2 own description.

That the ordered goods arrive too late for the buyer

When the delay or deficiencies are due to the buyer’s action or omission or circumstances beyond Rokkjær’s control, e.g. war, rebellion, unrest, fire, intervention by the state, seizure, currency restrictions, labor disputes of any kind, including strikes and lockouts, or the like.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the buyer informs Webshop 2 that the buyer has regretted his purchase within 14 days of delivery, Webshop 2 will refund the amount for the goods received, but not the shipping costs. Webshop 2 also does not cover shipping costs when returning goods.
Goods that are returned UFRANCO or on cash on delivery will not be accepted.
You should send the item properly packaged – together with a copy of the invoice and please write clearly that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal and that you therefore wish to be refunded the price of the item.
You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the shipment. In that case, the amount for the goods will be returned, but not the shipping costs.
These return rules apply to all goods sold as distance sales (to individuals) – it does not apply to goods picked up in the store, nor to goods sold to companies. Webshop 2 will refund the amount for the item when the returned item is received in unused and undamaged condition.
COMPLAINT OPTIONS
A complaint about a product can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute by mediation, and if it is not possible to find a solution, you can bring the complaint before the Consumer Complaints Board.
It is basically a prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service about which you want to complain has cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. The amount limits can be changed. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
